min or make it like 2.2x pre, 3x is way to big. as played you obv have no fold equity on the flop so basically question is (ignoring icm if this is final table or final 2 tables or w/e) if you have enough equity to put all the money in (140k - 25k = 115k/total pot of 332k.)

pokerstove.com his likely range (qq is obv heavily discounted since he usually would 3b that pre), flush draws, a7, 45, 88, etc and you should have more than the 0.34 (115/332) equity needed.
