Other questions:

1) Should J10o even be in my opening range? I normally would consider it from cutoff or later, but was just trying to mix it up a bit, and I had a really decent chip stack.
2) Post-flop, I should give up on the hand after the check raise?
3) LAGS seem to be giving me the most trouble, as I tend to open my range far to wide and end up in weird spots post flop and force myself into c-betting too much and spewing off tons of chips (as you can see in this example above).
