Hi, I would like to know what strategy do you use with 16-22 bb against loose players who limps and cold calls (Micro MTTs normally)

Not too wide. Some plyers play their whole range by limping so dont discount the top of their range.

Play tight aggressive.

Just wait for a nice hand to shove if the hand comes raised. if u the opr also with good hands generally try to win the hand with position (Some bluffs included) they call often so is difficult, the best way s tight afressive.

Too many variables.

Hand strength, position, exact stacks, opponent stacks etc

Try to be more specific and you may get useful answers.

Unfortunately, your asking too general a question.

Post specific hands or go back through the archives and look at similar hands and you will get a feel for good and bad spots.

Just to limit some of the variables, I'll throw out a fairly common spot that I find myself in a lot.

- Effective stacks of 20bb

- LP player limps in middle positions. They're playing maybe 40% of hands, including tons of suited and or connected junk. Pretty sure that they are limping their entire range. If you make a standard raise, they will probably jam the very top of their range, and call everything else (they're almost never folding to a standard raise). Post flop, they're not folding to a c-bet if they flop a pair or any decent draw.

- SB is decent, BB defends with a wide range, because he thinks he's "priced in"

- Hero is on the button.

My questions are:

- How many different ranges should hero have here? Are you always playing push/fold, or will you open raise some hands and jam others? What if any hands would you limp behind?

What if you are the first to talk, in middle position and there is 2-3 calling station behind you.
If you have less than 20 bb, lets say 18, in this case I usually raise 4x in case some one calls and push any flop
Or raise call, I hate to raise/call 2,5X with less than 20bb, when there is some cold call players

With more than 20bb I usually waits a good hand because it is very hardly to win some blinds
