Without major ICM considerations I think this is a call 5506 to win 13662 - we need 40% and I think we'll have it often enough. Even if we think he never does this with weaker pairs he needs to have unpaired cards for a 60-40 "race" as often as we are on the wrong side of a 20-80 situation with a higher pair. 88+ is only 42 combos. AQ+ is 32 combos already and it doesn't take a lot of imagination to find 10 more.

I wouldn't cold call him here from behind but closing the action and with 800 already committed its ok.

Fold for sure against his preflop 3bet. You are raising from UTG+2 so his 3bet is even tighter.

EDIT:

vs 3bet of 8.4% 77 is a break even call. Villain seems loose passive, I dont know if his 3bet % is that high in that spot. But its closer then i thought. It becomes very much +ev when villain starts to throwin 66 and AT.
