hi guys what do you think about this one we r playing 5 handed and the BB is sitting out,do you shove over the big stack raise since he can be raising atc or we preserve uor stack???

don't think you have enough fold equity, this hand plays like trash vs a raise/call range, so just fold. agree if bb is sitting out he is obv a bit wider than usual but he still 3x, and a weak player will occasionally fold to your shove. also fish don't really adjust much too sitting out blinds (and some regs don't esp when mass tabling) so just fold this

Yeah just fold. Also was 3x COs standard raisesize?

with BB sitting out i get it in unless he is a nit.
would also not be the first time that someone 3x/f in this spot.

yea, against a normal 2-2.5x i just fold but the 3x makes it tempting because ure very likely up against a not too competent player which makes both ur fe and equity goes up but i think i'd still fold this because the bubble is near

    this.

he DOES fold here enough of the time.

the 3x looks worse then a 2.5x, makes it look really stealy (which it is tbh).

top 5% is gonna min or something spewy here with a sitout.

3x raises from big stacks seem to have a lot of medium and small pocket pairs in there range so you might be flipping but its close.

With no reads villain is propably raising wide here. I don't think the 3x raise is a tell at all since is pretty standard betsize for some randoms. Guess I'd get it in here even if we don't have much FE. We're probably around 53% vs. range + fe, so I think it's rather close but I'd shove anyway.
