Hero raises to 25,340 and is all-in

I thought this was a standard shove but now I'm not so sure. According to my analysis in sngwiz shoving is always marginally +EV (~0.05 - 0.1), which seems pretty low in regards to the risk we take by shoving. However, folding feels weird to me. Thoughts?

Shove is +EV and max EV if BB is a reg / knows ICM
If BB is a recreational player r/f is best
