I was wondering if this is a shove. Both SB and BB were very nice regs.

I would call my parents to see me shoving that.

This is a +cEV shove (although its right on the border). If both SB and BB are regs I might tighten up a little bit but this will show a profit in the long term.

In b4 TLDR, I just wanted to practice the math since I'd never done it myself before, I certainly won't be writing anything like this again lol

Here is how you can calculate whether this is a profitable shove or not:

First you need pokerstove (google it). Then you need to put his hand ranges into pokerstove and evaluate your equity vs his range (%of time you are expected to win the hand. Figuring out his calling range is the difficult part, I'm going to guess, for this example that it is about 20% given the stack sizes and your read on him as a good reg although this depends on how he perceives you, although I think 20% is a good range to guesstimate with and if its too high then that will understate the profitability of the push which is less dangerous then overstating it.

Pokerstove gives your hand an equity of 35.321% vs a calling range of 20%. Now you just need to do some simple math to figure out whether the shove is +Ev or not.

Note that you need to do this calling range for each opponent when you shove since either of them could call your hand.

35.321% = equity when called (how often you will win)
64.679% = opponents equity when he calls with his range (how often you will lose)
His calling range = 20%

Situation 1: Fold = no difference in equity

Situation 2: Shove, take blinds

EV = 0.6 x 10000 (this is because a calling range of 20% for both opponents needs to be doubled to account for both of them so 60% of the time you are going to take the blinds and 40% of the time are going to be called) = +6000

Situation 3: Shove called by SB, Win

EV = 0.2 x 0.35321 x (38000+10000) = +3390.816

Situation 4: Shove called by SB, lose

EV = 0.2 x 0.64679 x -38000 = -4915.604

Situation 5: Shove called by BB, Win

EV = 0.2 x 0.35321 x (59000+10000) = +4874.298

Situation 6: Shove called by BB, lose

EV = 0.2 x 0.64679 x -59000 = -7632.122

Adding all the EVs together:

Total EV: 6000 + 3390.816 + 4874.298 - 4915.604 - 7632.122

= +1717.388

What this means is that pushing in this spot will on average gain you 1717.388 chips. However none of this math takes into account ICM considerations which are very important at the final table. You can get SNGWiz to do these calculations for you and take ICM into consideration and its highly useful to work on your push/fold/call game and figure out when you should be shoving/calling.

CLIFFNOTES:

the math is long and repetitive, trial/buy SNGWiz to do it for you or create an excel spreadsheet with formulas to do it for you

It's a nice spot to shove 75s(bottom of Nashrange) profitably (As you said SB,BB both are nice regs hence hopefully they'll call ICM wise)

TakeAMultiBrah nice one
but i think we should only take icm into consideration when we calling not when were shoving

I would usually fold this vs 2 good regs. If the two are nits then I'm shoving all day long.

Have you been shoving a lot on the FT? What is the perception of you at the table?

yep, good shove, sometimes i would tighten up if blinds seem to adjust

argh sounds nasty to me.

You don't need take these small edge spots in a 2.50/180. The field is soooooo soft. Pass up and look for a decent spot.
