First is a jam vs a lot of people, although some players don't raise fold that stack size..

Second hand obv depends on your hand and villains

You can minraise TT, some value there because villains behind might rejam worse hands that they don't call a jam with, and if they are fish they might also flat, and TT is strong enough to get value postflop
