    Raise preflop to 200.

Not sure if checking the turn is so wrong but if you are checking it's to bluff-catch the river near the top of your range.

His sizing does look like he's strong and annoyed to miss a street of value so it's tempting to make an exploitative fold here though.

Can we make KK fold by betting on the turn? If he calls / raises then would it be obvious he has Ax?

Although I wouldn't expect KK, AK and AA to limp pre. However on those stakes everything can happen.

If we bet turn it's for value against 9s and a diamond draw, not to fold out better hands. I think KK calls but as you say I don't think he's got it heavily represented in his range (as you point out, you can't exclude particular hands).

Given the scare card though I prefer to check behind and take the other street of value on the river - either by bluff catching a missed draw or betting if checked to.
