Same here, and I'm pretty sure for the same reason as was outlined in this post:

If you get anything wrong on the name and or control code Lock's system won't even tell you that something is wrong. This needs to be fixed or at least have support return emails. Also I'm not sure the length of time before you run out of options dealing with WU but get to work seeing if you typed name wrong or didn't use middle and last name in last name field, etc. Good luck because you aren't likely to get much help from Lock.
I didn't think to save the middle name when I filled out the deposit, so I need to get that information from Lock before I can fix it, only lock doesn't seem to have any sort of customer support staff at all.
I made the deposit on the afternoon of 6/24
When the deposit didn't go through, I emailed support on the evening of 6/24, and they have never replied
I sent a PM imjustshane on 6/25 explaining the problem, with my email and mtcn included, and also haven't heard back from him either.
On the lock customer support page they advertise 24/7 live support, but as far as I can tell they don't actually have any live support. It should really be changed to 0/0 to be less misleading.
