when I made this WU deposit I believe it said 1 hour and will be in account, its now 6 days later. Kinda wondering how long this is gonna take? Why not put a pop up on the site where we deposit saying something about taking a lil longer than expected so dont freak out. This is just fckn ridiculous. How long am I gonna have to wait til this deposit hits my account?

I made a WU last week. The step 1 gave me a three word name, for example, John Frank Doe. I just put John Doe on the WU form for first and last name. I went into Lock and put my control number in and waited an hour but nothing happen. Hours later I never received any type of emails from Lock. Over next 2 days after re-trying the code and sending several emails to support I never heard back. I finally decided to call WU and add that middle name under the last name section. So that it read first name John, last name Frank Doe. Of course it was a Spanish name. I then tried the control code on Lock and it went through....

If you get anything wrong on the name and or control code Lock's system won't even tell you that something is wrong. This needs to be fixed or at least have support return emails. Also I'm not sure the length of time before you run out of options dealing with WU but get to work seeing if you typed name wrong or didn't use middle and last name in last name field, etc. Good luck because you aren't likely to get much help from Lock.

Def put three names down and everything else seems correct. Anyone know if I could cancel the WU and get money back somehow? This is crazy, feel like total idiot for even trying to get money on this site. Ive heard of withdrawls taking some time to recieve but not deposits. NO BUENO, get me out of here.

I am having this same problem. I contact support and cashier and have had no response. Pokerstars used to get back to you within an hour of contacting them...

Not all of Revolution is bad. Lock is the flag ship, and owners I pesume? Many problems are transitioning from a Merge skin to a cake skin. There ARE other skins on the network, each having their own cashier. For traffic, I picked another skin. They are still the same player pool. Don't have quite the CS nor software issues (these can be expected when switching skins, and allowing new states - just think of the population NY alone).

I don't hold these issues against Lock, just wasn't comfortable with WU deposit and all the problems in this sub forum. Lock needs to succeed for Revolution to succeed. In the interim, no reason not to try out another skin.

This is getting ridiculous, still waiting for funds to go through, no word from support after multiple emails, im going crazy last time i ever try to deposit on lock. is there a way i just cancel the money transfer and get my money back to put into another skin??

I always make deposits via WU but i can see Lock must be having issues or something, they arent crediting or allowing to withdraw properly through WU pity. I debated on depositing and now im calling WU to cancel it. They had to hit the ground running with the new launch but i guess they stumbled big time.

Shane, i cancelled the WU deposit because i was waiting 3 hours for deposit to be accepted and got stuck with the processing fee of $15 USD. While i was willing to bite the fee to get some money on your site, is there anyway you guys could credit me that for trying to deposit on your site? if not, and without proper explanation then count me out, ill just take my business to bovada.

It's now at the point, 6 days in, where Western Union says the transfer went through just fine and is available for pick-up, but nothing posts to my lock account. I contact lock "customer service" to relay this info. Several days later, lock gets back to me with something to the effect of "No it's not. Double check your name." I will reiterate this was supposed to take 30 minutes.
