fo sho! I am still waiting for a response about MG/WU deposit methods that I emailed to them on 3/13/12. Also, sent my docs in for verification around the same time, and obv still nothing! In other words, their support is non-existent! What's interesting is that they seem to not have any interest in new $$$ coming onto the site. B/c I made it clear to them in my emails that I am not attempting to deposit a dime until a) the verification is complete, and b) I get a clarification on MG/WU deposit methods, as there are a few posts in this forum suggesting that peoples' MG/WU deposits are not being credited in a timely manner.

Only a complete fool or a sick degen would even attempt to deposit via MG/WU b/c currently if there are any issues with your deposit after you sent cash, there is basically no way to communicate w/ Lock while your cash is "stuck in limbo" somewhere!

Edit: I guess since their support is so incompetent, it's possible they never even read my emails in the first place...

I personally have never seen it up and running.

i've checked many times at random times of the day. i've gotten a hold of them two or three times (last time was early february i think, also the time i started playing on merge) but i did have to wait a few minutes. i don't think they are on anymore to be honest, i've checked at least 10-15 times this month. their email support also takes at least a day to respond, sometimes even a week.
