W.U. Deposit Problem W.U. Deposit Problem

I tried to deposit on Saturday and the money was cleared and ready for pick up almost Immed. I was given a trace number that was cleared for the amount I deposited and it has since not been "picked up" and I can not get support to email me back after 4-5 tries. Any help would be great!

I also made a deposit via WU and no one has picked it up and the funds are not available in my account! Someone better respond and address this ASAP!

This is effing ridiculous how difficult this has been and having funds in limbo. Completely unacceptable. So far... all I can say is, screw you Lock. Your quickly building a bad rep like the others!

Here is a thought, do not claim you can take deposits via a certain method and then NOT do it. And to make it worse.. not even respond to your players about the deposit attempt! Someone fix this now

I was contacted by support and the deposit was picked up and they have my MCTN and my trace and I was told it was going to be done first thing this morning but nothing in my account yet. I know they said pending, but first thing in the morning was quite a while ago if you ask me.....

Yes I did get an error message when I did, had to email support which took forever.

I also have the same problem with lockpoker. Deposit money by WU send all the
the information but got nothing. 4 days i try to get answer after sending 5
e-mails. didn't get answer. I don't know what to do. If someone have advice please help me.

I've made two deposits to lock one with W.U. and one with moneygram. Both went through instantly pretty much. Maybe you guys got the names wrong. In most South American countries they have a surname. So it's two last names. I made the mistake of making one of the last names a middle name and had to fix it. Could be the problem. You can even call WU and see if that is what you did.

After account was verified to deposit with my cc, I keep getting an email saying sorry please try WU. Is it just my cc company not allowing this transaction. Any thoughts?

Yeah it's probably your credit card company. WU is easy. Moneygram is cheaper

I got my deposit and when I emailed the support rep who dealt with it he apologized for the wait and that it was unwarranted as my money had been picked up 4 days before they cleared my "pending" deposit, was a headache but I have my money now.

anybody else get this error message at Step #2 for WU deposit on Lock, despite having done everything flawlessly AND calling WU to confirm that transaction is fine and money is waiting to be picked up?

"Transaction was not successful
We're sorry but your transaction has been reported as Cancelled.
If you believe this is an error, please contact Customer Services and provide the Trace Number"

Lock's first email response to me (after a 2 day wait) was an email with a SALUTATION and a SIGNATURE. No BODY.
