Serious question: how do you exchange vip points for cash? I've clicked all the options on the program itself, including 'account'. The account button brings up an internet window that has various options (check the vault, account updates, etc). There is an option that says "VIP Exchange" but nothing shows up there. Is it bugged or am I in the wrong area of the website? I just hit white level a few weeks ago at the end of March (the first vip level), so I thought I would be able to exchange 1K points for $10. Is there something I am missing? Thanks for the help.

Go into ur vault and the option is there. Once you unlock ur vault it will say point redemption and thats where you can exchange them.

Yeah, points exchange is in your vault, and actually just exchanges at a flat .01/pt rate (so you could exchange 1k for $10, or you could exchange 563 for $5.63). If you need help with setting up your vault support should be able to help you, but here are the generic instructions:

1. Click the Vault Icon
2. Click the button with the Key on it.
2. Enter a 4 digit PIN TWICE
3. Enter a secret question ONCE then the secret answer TWICE
