when trying to log in, i get an error message that says

my internet connection is obv working fine, what do i do?

we've talked about this via PM, and I've put a request in to the technical team. Once resolved I will try and post the resolution here just in case anyone else runs into a similar issue.

I did a system restore to a point that was before Lock had been on the computer, then re-installed. This worked. I'm far from computer savvy, but I would still like to know what the error message means and other ways (correct ways?) to remedy the situation should it arise in the future.
