Brand new here to 2+2 but def not internet poker. I figured I'd hop on too because I made a $55 deposit yesterday and the deposit page timed out and wouldnt load. BUT....the funds were taken from my bank acct immediately. Nothing in my poker acct. I have sent 2-3 emails to both support addys, and also tried thru the "live" help, which doesnt work either.

I have very furious, because that is not right at all to just take money and not fund an account. Ive deposited before with no problem. Hope all of this gets resolved FAST for all of us.

I just made a deposit and it was instantly taken out of my card, but I was not given credit on Lock. I just pm'd Rizen and am waiting for a response.

this is so comical. i mean if 5-10 people have posted on 2p2 about this, I'd assume its been happening to just about everyone trying to deposit right now. and they aren't even trying to make it right by answering emails. just ignoring everyone.

That AND now the whole site isnt even working and boning everyone registered in tournies. All I can say is WOW!! Worst run site I've seen by far.

Here that Lock. People are going to stop depositing. I had my deposit stolen yesterday. I received an email saying I would have to provide proof, jump through hoops for them when they screwd up. I am housebound with an illness and now because of their screw up I am suppose to go out and take care of this. I have made more deposits to this site than I care to count. I do not feel I should have to prove anything. Lock, get with your processor and give me back my money.

I didn't say you 'HAD' to provide proof. I was attempting to be proactive and suggested that you have a screenshot of your online bank statement with the debit transaction in case it was necessary to help speed the process along.

I don't think being proactive and suggesting you have information ready that will speed along the process is out of line.

i was looking into depositing on lock even though i play at a different revolution skin for the 200% sign up bonus. obv not going to do that now. thanks 2p2, sorry lock.

Same thing happened to me today. Deposited with debit card, transaction declided. Clicked on the link for trying alternate gateway, declined again. Check my bank account, and the funds were removed both times.....tried live chat, called the number, got a machine that told me to leave a message, and that if my situation was urgent I should call another number. Called that number, and its been busy...for half an hour. I WONDER WHY?! I have just emailed rizen, so hopefully I will be in contact with a human sometime in the future. Will update.

I have a similar problem, only that my deposit went through, but I was charged twice for it. It was a $500 deposit so this is pretty annoying. Here's my thread

Here's a golden idea. Try having a poker site that doesn't steal players deposits, and then you wouldn't even be having this conversation right now. If you hadn't won like 1 live MTT back in the day you probably wouldn't be having this conversation either.

I'd PM you Rizen, but since I am a new user, it wont allow it. I'm sure you are flooded with the deposit problems, but I haven't received any response from Lock support since Friday on my deposit. It was only $55, but just for the fact that it came out of my bank acct already and no funds to be found and nothing in my history is VERY aggravating. Lock really needs to get back on track or they are going to lose ALOT of players.

I still haven't received any contact from customer support. And I have tried extensively. I am just going to my bank and claiming fraud, bc that's what it is. And I would advise the rest of you to just do the same. Even if lock processed your money and got it to you this week, do you really think you will be able to get it back?

ditto this exact problem on july 9 but when I called that new york number it was totally disconnected

I know it is kinda of a long stretch, but I think I'm going to write something to the poker players alliance. It is absolutely inexcusable that ANY site should be allowed to wrong players like this. Like I said, I know its a stretch, but the PPA states that they are "committed to defending the rights of poker players." While I know this is slightly out of context I feel I have a better chance of at least getting a response from them then lock customer service. If enough people said something it might stand a reasonable chance.

Well I can at least say that I have been forwarded an email that Rizen sent to customer support requesting that my situation be looked at ASAP. I truly do appreciate that Rizen, but I'm still just very disappointed that Lock doesn't actually have any customer service reps to live chat with or talk to on the phone. I had to go to a poker forum that is completely unrelated to the site to get the first sign of help. (which I do appreciate, I know this is not your fault rizen.) I cannot think of any other business in the world where this is acceptable.

Deposited $40 earlier using moneybookers to try the software (around 10 hours ago). Same thing happened to me - MB verifies that I deposited as well as receiving a confirmation email but no money in the account. SN is Albert_1968....

Then I saw this thread. Oh dear....
