Rakeback, Cashback & Ronin payments - Page 8 - Two Plus Two

VIP points: correct overall (credits sometimes slow; exchange rate is correct)
Ronin: correct overall (some showing incorrectly as CREDIT_RAKEBACK; had an extra payment of $4.50 that was subsequently voided)
VIP rebates: incorrect (some payments correct, most are smaller than should be)
Bonus: nothing received (carried a bonus over from Merge until it was posted that they clear at the old rate, now on a new bonus)

is it good idea to switch to VIP?

Depends how much you rake per month. Just gotta figure out what VIP level you would get and do the math to compare the VIP benefits to rakeback.

One thing to keep in mind is that rakeback never goes down if you have a slow month.

I guess that's where one of my payments came from; however, I haven't seen it voided.

I should have mentioned, it does not show as voided in the cashier history, but it's there under the transaction reports (and the money was removed from my poker account).

I'm not familiar with the earn rate of points for cash games. The way it typically works is that you earn at the same rate, but only on the actual rake you paid (so not including the rakeback). If that's the case on Lock, you should earn points at 64% of the VIP rate when you're getting 36% rakeback (because you're only paying 64% of the rake).

I did find a bonus payment of $5 in my transaction ledger. Not enough info yet to deduce the clearing rate. This could be just from my new bonus and they haven't gotten to crediting carryovers from Merge.

Sometime in the last 2 hours I recieved a $5 Deposit Bonus. It showed up in Admin -> Reports.

I currently have 262 VIP points, if that helps. I don't know the clearance rate, but it appears this issue is on the verge of being resolved.

All Ronin payments and notices of credit rake chase payments in my cashier are gone as of today. They deducted all of it and voided all of them. Anyone else?

My notices in the cashier history have been removed, but there has been no adjustment to any of my funds. They're likely working on corrections.

Go to your reports page in admin. This showed that I have been receiving deposit bonus and ronin. Before I looked on the report page, I couldn't tell if I was getting bonus or not. Should clear a lot of questions.

I kinda freaked when I saw a bunch of voided payments too, but I can't really see a difference in my funds, like everyone else said. Kinda strange nonetheless.

They moved all notices to the admin page on the reports tab. You can see all transactions by day (but that includes things like sitting at a table).

I noticed my rakeback was slight adjusted downward (the couple percent I mentioned above) and my $4.50 ronin payment is now gone. Apparently lock is having some issues with their accounting systems.

Still haven't carried over my deposit bonus from Merge.

Albeit slow, at least they're making some progress with the admin, ect..... If we could only get them to fix the lag with their crappy software
