I have recently moved and had to change my address on my account. I ran into issues immediately. It took over a week to get it changed and after it was I had more issues with withdrawing. The address was correct on my cashier page but whenever I went to withdraw the address it showed was incorrect. I emailed back and forth with support and they tried a few times to correct it, unsucessfully, then asked for me to send screenshots and I did then never heard anything back and it still wasn't fixed. Because I knew I would need the money by the end of September I had to cashout anyway on July 30. My previous address is my parents house so it isn't a big deal if the check goes there but I still dont know where it will be sent (it still hasn't come to either address but it's ONLY been a little over 6 weeks so I'm not surprised).

Anyway I was wondering if anyone else has had problems with changing address or if someone has gone through this if they could give me a heads up on which one the check will be sent to. I also have a pending WU withdraw and don't know where it will go either. Starting to get really frustrated with Lock. Who cares how much I win there if I can't get the money.

The poker and casino sides have independent address fields, it sounds like you have had your poker side updated but not the casino side (which powers the cashier).

If you email me your details including your correct address I can chase them up so the right address is on both sides and can find out where any existing cashouts are being sent.
