This is a copy of an email I sent to Rizen a short time ago. I want any new players to read this before considering Lock because I am sitting here feeling completely violated and scammed at this point. I hope it can be a heads up to anyone considering using Lock. I highly recommend viewing the thread links to get a better idea of the situation.

Rizen,

I am just at my wits end with Lock right now. My username is tdub32

I made a deposit that clearly shows $299.79 was taken off of my gift card yesterday with Lock. I never receieved the funds. I have been emailing for two days now with support. I was asked to provide a screenshot of the card's account, which I did yesterday, which clearly shows the charge.

I got an email back first telling me a deposit of $498 was granted. I replied that I was well aware of that deposit but that wasnt the one in question. Then several hours and no response led me to 2+2's forum, to which Shane said he'd forward my issue.

This morning at 7:30am I received an email from Mary stating that my email and screenshot were being forwarded "urgent" to Lock's Cashier Manager and that I'd hear back soon. It is now 11pm. I am frustrated to the point of reaching out to other legal avenues.

While I thoroughly enjoyed my experiences with Lovk prior to this instance, I cannot say that I would ever regain trust again with your company unless drastic measures were taken to rectify the situation and explain why I was being basically passified with an email that had no substance.

I was told that you can help dire situations and that is why I am reaching out to you. My rmail attempts today have gone unanswered to the point I feel like I have been scammed out of $300. I would just like some answers in a timely manner-is that too much to ask for?

Seriously dude? It's been...36 HOURS and you're issue hasn't been resolved yet? That's crazy. They are OBVIOUSLY scamming you!

Sarcasm aside...you need to be a little more patient. I'm sure this will get taken care of within the next day or 2. Lock rakes thousands upon thousands of dollars per day. They are not going to steal $300 from you.

I think the fact that have stated "they rake thousands a day" is exactly my point. Any legitimate business would have resolved an issue as egregious as this in a timely fashion. The fact that it has been 17 hrs now since their last email is proof of the lack of said time. Add this to the fact they have no way of communication via phone or live chat. If this had happened with PStars, it would have been corrected yesterday.

FTP took days to reply back to email inquiries

It's frustrating. Lock's CS is far from perfect. But on a scale of 1 to 10 of you getting "scammed" by Lock you're at a 1.2 buddy.

If you don't like Lock's CS, I can't blame you. But it's your choice to play there or not. Go play on betonline or something....

This is completely absurd... I could understand a delay in deposits, but they already CHARGED HIS ACCOUNT!!!!!!! 36 hours and no money? Get outta here Lock. Ur shady like the rest, but you have your shills and your scams, and you'll continue to get your money. Until the DOJ swoops in, and by the looks of all the BS you've pulled since BF, its a miracle your still running. I give you 6 more months max.... better start doubles week and rush poker. And dont forget to send out the supersusers to mop up the cash games for the last few weeks.

The head of support just replied to me with this:

The screenshot shows that the funds are pending. Usually the player's bank releases pending funds in 3-5 business days. However, if the deposit changes from pending to processed, he just needs to send us a new screenshot. I have informed him of this.

Im getting so sick of these knee jerk threads/posts about lock. Lock has issues and that should be discussed, but this thread is horrible. AMECO404's post is simply childish. So the money is pending. Sounds like a pretty standard reason that the account hasnt been credited yet. Come to think of it, I would like to thank lock for not just crediting his account first and worrying about the money later. Seems like this is one of the main reasons I dont have my Full Tilt money yet. If you want to start another thread about Lock being slow to respond, so be it...but the AMECO404 should gtfo with his post.

I hear ya, but if you'd seen the lengthy list of email replies he got that didn't actually deal with what he was asking, you'd probably better understand why he's popping a blood vessel. Plus, unfortunately, when he called the card issuer-they didn't say it was pending, they told him it was authorized & gone already to the payee.

He only got the email Shane kinda is quoting about 11:00 pm MDT, but there were multiple emails confusing different deposits as obviously the poor cust svc guy on lock isn't showing the "pending" one as it doesn't exist yet. yeah, op is pretty standard OMG i been violated...but the other guys is just toxic rubbish

Exactly, like a lot of us...he starts out here on the advice of someone that advises he can find some help & then runs into a wall of fire of a myriad of frustration. I'm guilty of it quite often myself...way to often truth be told.

Well, they DEBITED ANOTHER $300.03 off my card at 4am!! STILL NO FUNDS AVAILABLE AND NOW MY CARD IS NEGATIVE 300. I sent a screenshot of this-prolly hear back from Lock in a few DAYS.

The casino balance is zero. I just checked. I was emailed by Elle yesterday telling me that if anything became POSTED to my gift card acct that my Lock acct would be credited "asap". Well, the screenshot shows $300.03 was posted this morning at 3:57am.

What I would do is this: Instead of just sending it to support, I would click reply to Elle's email; attach the screenshot; & CC it to Shane then send it off.

Roll a fat one, kick the dog, beat the kids or bang head against closest available wall...whatever takes the edge off a tad or might bring a smile if even for only a minute while you wait it out.

Heck, if it helps any...you're more than welcome to come over & slap my wife around if yours isn't available. Matter of fact, think maybe I'll do that myself 'fore heading off to Albertson's

this is a sad scenario, lock dropping the ball again, no surprise here. so now they double charged ur account? hmmmmm didnt FTP do that right before they got busted?

Exactly my point. They are congesting this forum, making it seem like Lock is wayyy worse than it actually is. I'm not denying that there are issues with this site at times, but I think the majority of the population is pretty satisfied with Lock. Maybe I should start making shill threads about the great VIP system, the great promotions, and the abundance of fish to take money from...you know, just to compensate!
