It seems as if the new cashier has consolidated the casino and poker side cashouts. I currently have a check requested, so I can't see the other options, but are the bank wires being offered yet? I'm not going to cancel this check to find out, since from the sounds of it checks are being issued very quickly ATM

You all need to relax! They are probably running a bit behind schedule on implementing the new cashier into the current system.

ITs there you cash out Western Union, just letting everyone know, because I notice it right when they changed it that you could not cash WU but just went check and all is good.

WU is there, but max cashout is $850 and only one free one per month. After that, the fee is 10% of the cashout amount! 10%!!! WTF is that?!?

I'm not seeing bank wires as an option yet either. Anybody else have it yet? I see check, WU, and Ecocard(what the hell is this?).

You need to be Black or Black Elite to have wires available. There is also a $1k minimum. If this is you and you're not seeing it please PM/e-mail me with your username/e-mail and I'll have someone look at it ASAP.

Oh and Ecocard is a Canadian cashout option I believe. I'm not 100% sure how it works but I know some players who use it and love it. AFAIK it isn't available to US players.

WU is there, and if you're withdrawing less than $500 this is probably the best option as the first is free every month. Bank wires are minimum $1k and you have to be Black or Black Elite.

I guess the new withdrawl option is that you can no longer withdrawl on lock. It tells me I cannot withdrawl on the pokerside because of a casino bonus, what is this bs

feb 2nd...well done merge, still dont see a wire transfer....this site is literally a joke, they get handed thousands of free dollars thanks to the DOJ and cant get their **** together, you realize you guys are not a good site, your are just like the only option right?

I'm having this same issue

I had the same problem but there's an easy fix.

1.) Play through the required 40X play through amount or lose all of the bonus.
2.) I lost it all but $0.31 so I had to write support and ask them to remove the change portion since you can not play for less than $1.00 on casino side. They fixed it within 30 minutes and I was able to move funds freely once again.

I know it's a pain but I'm sure they will eventually get there. You all should lighten up a little. I think Rizen (Eric Lynch) has accomplished more than most mortals could accomplish. I think the new layout was a great improvement.
