As everyone knows Lock Poker has has its issues , we gave them ample time to fix these problems , nothing was done . Support has been well lets just say less than helpful . And im sure most of you have heard that some players Deposits are being stolen and also some players Checks are bouncing ....I think we deserve answers and we deserve them NOW . We run this company we deposit...we play..we pay rake therefor we hold the power to stop playing and force them hear us .

I suggest the ultimate expression of the people , we do a "sit out" where everyone sits at tables and nobody plays a head for one whole day . It will show lock poker that WE the people are in charge ...it our money , therefor we deserve answers.

On Saturday July 21st from 8am to 8pm we should do a sit-out. Lets get everyone you know involved lets make a statement ...Im fairly new to this site so if you have any suggestions on how to get the word out as fast and effective as possible please leave a comment and help me out...Thanks for all the support if you attend this. Poker Players stick together !

I understand your frustration, however we are not in charge or never well be in charge of this company.

To stage a sit out hoping to get answers well not accomplish anything.

If the company is corrupt, doing a sit out well accomplish nothing.

if the company is struggling a sit out will again accomplish nothing.

Online poker in the US is in a bad state obv and we as players just need to deal with this fact. We chose to play on this site. No one forced us to. That was our choice, no one forced us to, and after all the happenings we should of been well aware of the risks.

I was horseplay on ft and was the 2nd highest rated player in the world in lower stakes mtts. I needed the money I made on FT, so trust me I understand.

All we can really hope is that this company needs to stay and alive and that they are working on the issues at hand.

If they are great, if not nothing we can do is really going to matter any way.

It will do something. It will send a message. I run a business and know when it hurts me the most? When it hits me in my wallet. Then my attention is grabbed and i'm focused on the issue of why I'm missing cash. So if Lock Poker revenue goes down 50% for a day, trust me, it will get the attention of Ms Larson.

Sounds like you're an Obama fan...all about hope and trusting the big man to make the right decisions. All great things start with one individuals ideas. If it fails...fine, but that idea might be tweak or changed so the next time it works better, and so on...

Doing something is always better than just "hope".

Check out the thread I started last night. One of the pro's has been in touch and said because of that posting, it got the attention of people at Lock.

I let him know that we are going to try to plan a sit out a week from today if nothing is heard back from Lock Poker. And I'm talking about something solid, something real...not just the bs we have been hearing the last couple months.

Hopefully this starts something...if not sit out and jam up their tables next week. If we could get 200 people to join and do that, we could accomplish something.

I'm going to start a new twitter account for the sit out and trend with #lockpokersitout So any tweets you send out make sure you use that hash tag.

to compare the state of this company to pokerstars, is just idiotic.

i was naive to think that posters here would understand something that simple.

anyway i wish u luck, i really do, since i make a 2nd income on this site i need this site to work.

Stopped using Lock right when they got the new software. I would register for tourneys then not be able to take my seat. I would just sit there and get blinded off. (Happened 5-6 times over then span of 70-80 sngs. I contacted support a few times and they basically said it wasn't there problem. Haven't played since

This is true. Do something. Even it's wrong, do something. Waiting is what will accomplish nothing.

It looks like we are getting some movement on this. One of the online poker news sites has wrote a story and linked directly to the twitter and boycott threads that were recently started. The tweeter thread has 1400 views in less than 24 hours.

http://pokerfuse.com/news/poker-room...calls-boycott/

When you get to word out about the sit-out next week remember to use the hash tag #lockpokersitout. We will try to get this more organized with some templates early next week.

He couldn't see the hole cards through the software. He wasn't using a super admin account.

He scammed people into letting him watch them play live through Skype and either played against them with an unknown account to the other players or let someone else play them as he relayed info to them. It wasn't at all like you initially described.

I'm all for calling out a company when it is having issues, but there is no reason to make stuff up.

I have a suggestion. If/when we push this boycott we should move it to Sunday. That's their busiest and most profitable day of the week.

Lets see what this "official" statement is from Lock Management. I really hope it's not just about the technical details of what went wrong last week and more about people's money not being deposited into their account and withdraw issues.

And if we do this boycott I have something I'm thinking would be totally disruptive and gain a lot of attention with the online poker community. I'll keep that unwraps till we hear back about this official statement.
