Hello, let me get straight to the point. I requested a WU withdrawl from Lock Poker, however, each time I email the their support and ask about the withdrawl, they bull**** me.

Hello I withdrawed 700$USD from my Lock account ******* on March 3rd. It is now March 17 and I have not received any email or anything concerning my cash out. Please handle this because it is insane waiting so long and not receiving a single email concerning the matter. I have rent due in a few days and it is ridiculous for me to wait this long for a cash out through Western Union.

At this point it feels like my money is gone. I have 1700$ on Lock, which is more money than I even have in person & getting my own money out seems like a chore. At this point I'd like to cancel my 700$ request and just take out the entire 1700$ because it seems like these people don't want to give me my money but I don't want to set myself back another month. Every time I email them they extend the time. Is there anybody on here that could possibly assist me even in the slightest? Things are rough irl and I need this money more than Lock does.

Western Union Cashouts are taking approximately 2-3 months...sometimes longer. A quick reading of the cashout threads in this forum would have provided you with this information.

How are you not sure if I'm serious? Just don't speak if you don't have anything informative to add.

Probably should have done your homework before trying to use lock as a source of income for rent.

Come on guys don't bash the guy if he didn't know about Lock's.... extended cashout times. It certainly isn't his fault and it's also not his fault that he didn't read all the other topics first. When I first signed up to 2+2 it took me ages to just find the right sub-forum under all the other forums to post whatever I had on mind. Let's show some love

JRCashM you'll have to expect an aprox cashout time fro 4-12 weeks for your WU. Maybe longer, maybe less. That's all forum members will be able to tell you in this matter. Lock's rep on this forum is called imjustshane.

I suggest to keep an eye on the WU cashout thread.

The best part is getting messages that are verbatim exactly the same. I played 15 dollar hyper turbo on March 3rd and was never paid the 56 dollars. I was told that the cashier was "going to look into it". 5 e-mails later full of excuses, I just said screw it and forgot about it. Good luck on your cashout, but this is fairly standard. I'm waiting on a cashout from February. A march cashout will probably be June/July.

Im still waiting for 1/15 payout of only $663. All i need is my MTCN# and ive had my sender info for like 2 weeks already. This is my first experience with Lock so far not that great.

Basically, I am responding to your entire message.

1. Yes their responses are generic. They used to respond in minutes, now it seems it is days.
2. Feeling like the money is gone will work psychologically, and then the money will be a bonus when it finally goes through.
3. I have been in your shoes a few times. Wondering if it will make it. This time around it is MUCH longer. In some ways you need to write it off "for the present". Unfortunately it hasn't gotten better, it has gotten worse.

If it helps any (which at this point I question because I have waited so long this time) They always go through, eventually...

OP, sorry you're only now finding out about Lock withdrawal scam. You're unfortunately just one of a long line of players who've been conned.

Lock Suport are just shameless:

9 days after request: 16 days after request (reply from same CSR!): 27 days after request: How can anyone spend their working life deliberately lying like that? They must know that nobody gets paid in those timeframes yet they just continue to pump it out, day after day.

Will I ever receive this money?

Requested 2k WU withdraw 1/14 10 days from now will be 3 months. At what point can I start claiming that Lock doesn't pay out anymore? Is it 6 months? A year? The Lock always eventually pays routine is growing quite old with me. There are several other people on here who have requested WU before me and still haven't received money.

what about neteller cashouts? Do they work any faster?

I waited 2 and a half months for a WU withdraw just for them to send it to a different state than whats on my account. Then they said it would take up to 72 hours to correct...Took an extra 2 weeks. Their well is drying up. Take your blindfold off if you think otherwise.
