Not sure what the variables are in the equation. It was after I sent an email to support, and they sent one back telling me they had forwarded it to the cashier - received the money in my account not long after that.

I actually got my reimbursement back yesterday 8/7 four days after I got my cash and e-mailed them about getting my fee back not bad.

I requested a WU withdrawal in mid-July. It is still listed as under review. I've sent one nice e-mail inquiry and received nothing in return. I just don't understand how the site owners & managers can accept this performance. I certainly won't continue to play on this site once I have any other option. If one of the monitors here wants more information, please let me know and I'll send it via PM.

Got my cash today!

I never received an MTCN# after it said the withdrawal was approved in my history. So August 6th I emailed support to see what was up. I got a response last night from support (Quinn) saying that a MTCN # was emailed to me back on July 28th. Quinn told me the #, and the other info I needed to get the money from my local western union. BTW - I went through everything in my mailbox and spam, and never got an email.

Regardless I just went and got my monies and it all went smooth. Next step, getting my fees re-imbursed.

Timeline:

Requested: 7/13
Approved: 7/28
Emailed MTCN#: 7/28 (never recieved email tho)
Emailed Support: 8/6
Response from Support: 8/7
Money in Hand: 8/8

Got an email from JDB saying my withdrawal was declined today. Just checked my Lock history, and it now has the sender info, but no MTCN. It says it will appear after the transaction has finished processing. Surprisingly, my refund already got credited to my account. Hopefully the MTCN shows up in the next couple days.

Requested: 19July
Everything but the MTCN: 08August
MTCN: will update soon.

My bad, I thought that I would see the MTCN and sender info in the Lock cashier. I just checked my email and saw that I got all that info on 8/05 as well. If you're waiting for your MTCN, be sure to check your email for something from JDB. It got marked as spam by Outlook fwiw.

Woe that"s weird the last WU I got the MTCN number showed up in the cashier. Can anyone else confirm this?

Try to cash out from lock poker and you will get this

There caught up till the 20th of July. If you requested after be patient you wil receive an email then have to wait 3-8 days for mtcn # to appear on cashier section. I have been cashing out for the past 3 months this site is slow as f u c k but they are good for it. The cashouts have also become slower each month.

This couldn't be further from the truth. Picked up my money on 7-26 and have not gotten my fee refunded. I am on my 4th request, between Shane and support so far not a god damn thing.

Things are getting worse not better.
