I haven't cashed out with this method yet. However, my understanding is this:
Say for example you cash out the maximum. $850. (10% would be $85)
So $850 + 85 = $935 coming out of your Lock Cashier to cashout the maximum.
You would then need to contact Lock about the reimbursement of the fee ($85) and they will manually credit it back to your account. (First withdrawal of the month only)
