There's obviously something wrong with my cashout request if you read the posts from Shane in those threads. I'm not going to go mute and let it be shoved under the rug for another SIX months. Something got messed up and it was my badgering that helped expedite any kind of response/resolution.

No one says you should be mute. But constantly saying "I'm in worse shape than everyone else" is both wrong and somewhat grating.

I already told you I know of at least one person who has been waiting longer than you, and that's just based off what I remember from reading the threads. There may or may not be more, but does it really matter? It's like you think you deserve more sympathy just because you think (but don't know) that you're now the person who has been waiting the longest. No one else who hasn't been paid has been so adamant about proclaiming himself as such.

That said, if you want to keep harping on that, you can. It's not against the rules. I just thought you might like to know that other posters find it kind of annoying.

But please stop creating new threads about your individual situation. If everyone who hasn't been paid by Lock did that, the entire forum would become unreadable. I've reported your new thread for merger with your previous complaint thread.

I proclaimed it in the title because I knew it would draw clicks and eyes (aka Shane).
My e-mails were getting ignored and nothing was getting done. Sorry it upset you, but it looks like my constant pestering, badgering, e-maling, and posting has finally helped this come to a resolution.

Either that or I'm just exploiting a bunch of broken promises from Lock... I guess we'll see.

If you are referring to me, I am not really waiting at this point. Shane has basically told me they don't think they owe me the money and will not be paying me. In Lock's delusional world, a cashout failing due to a processor issue is the player's liability(which is so ridiculous for so many reasons its not even worth going into). So I am just out the $2000.

This is $2000 I won legitimately, attempted to cashout, and never received. They initially pretended like they were going to look into it and fix it, then ignored me for months, and finally fabricated a reason not to pay the money 7 months after the fact.

...and these guys really expect us to believe Lock isn't a sinking ship.

This is probably the worst thing that I have read to date about Lock poker. I would hope you would not take this as a finite. Email everyone you can think of that has some pull at Lock.. What about Erick Rizen Lynch, the pokerroom manager? You must have proof that you won this money. If you use HUD you can see the hands you won and lost money. What about all the communication with lock, all the emails, Shane can track those for you. When did the processor fail? Don't you have communication from lock stating this at a certain time and day? Proof they never put the money back in? If the processor failed, where did your money go? Can't anyone give you an answer to that.

Good luck, I feel for you. That is a real ****ty situation.

Its good advice! But unfortunatley it is too late for that. Most weren't aware of that before and now that we are, we are waiting for money. I can stay away from playing on lock, but not actually getting completely away until I get the money out of my account.

I'm pretty much just done with it. Pretty much all you get from Lock is 1) complete silence or 2) Shane and co. just spewing lies to you. It is not even worth dealing with someone who will just repeatedly lie to you, even when he knows there's absolutely no chance you'll buy any of it. I even agreed to only taking half the money last time I talked to Shane, even though I knew everything he said in the entire 1 hour conversation was complete bull****. Obviously nothing even came of that.

I'll just continue to tell anyone who asks that Lock is a completely shady operation that is likely barely afloat, which is sad because I used to actually be a Lock supporter.

I really hope everyone here gets paid. My cashout was for only $500 and it took 6 months... so I can only imagine what some of you waiting for $2,000 feel like right now.

While I'm glad I finally got cash in hand, I am not going to sit here and praise Lock Poker. It took A LOT of effort to get any kind of real response after my 5 month mark hit. The automated messages, the transferring to cashier department who would only say "we're working hard and your payout should be processed soon" etc...

I think everyone on here should EXPECT at least a 3 month wait. It just makes me wonder for those of you with tens of thousands of dollars in your cashier. How on earth are you ever going to see all of that?

If you have $10,000 in there and it takes 6 months to cashout the $2k max per time... that's literally 2.5 years until you receive it all. Sigh

Congrats dude! Way to be persistent and don't let them get away with all the crap you went through. I'm eagerly counting the days until my 6 months in December when I can correspond with Shane for weeks at a time. It will be a very merry Christmas this year!

Yeah, I'm sure you wouldn't be upset if your employer or god forbid the IRS put a tax refund on hold for 6+ months, telling you the entire time "the check is in the mail". It could have been $1, it's still the principal of the matter. Those funds belong to you and it is beyond outrageous steps like this have to be taken to acquire them.

I agree. It doesn't matter how much money it is! it is your money that you won or earned and you should be able to cash it out quickly and easily whenever you wish.

Actually it kind of does matter. For someone to complain constantly for having to wait a long time for $500 while others in this forum are waiting on max cashouts, in some cases having thousands more still on the site, is pretty selfish and out of touch.

$500 is a lot of money to some people, and everyone who is getting screwed by Lock has a right to complain on here and try to get what they are owed.

Hey guys, I just filed a complaint with www.curacao-egaming.com Lock Pokers licensor.
I just think we need to get an external authority to exert pressure, and perhaps assist Lock Poker to resolve the cash out problem. Go ahead call me naïve.

by the way, how did ? finish in the 75K tourney.

So we had one verified cash out this week. Lock is really clearing away this backlog, with the list of players waiting for their money seems to be growing.
