hey Jeff! nah, you're misunderstanding the situation. I received that email in my fight back and forth with them. I've sent about 15 emails in the last 3 months. that one is just one of the many 'generic' response emails I've received. imo they're all pretty much zero content. I'm certainly not lucky in regards to my withdrawals as I've received a grand total of one since November of 2012.
