Does lock poker deduct rake back when using vip points in the store for items/cash?

Or are the VIP and rake back completely separate?

Thx

I'm nearly positive that it does not deduct from rakeback for store items. However as a rakeback player you are unable to redeem points for cash.

If you put in any kind of volume I suggest switching over to their VIP system. Once you hit 10k VIP points you get 50% rakeback. 30% cash back, 10% vip points exchange for cash, and 10% casino bonus. Add in the double points for cash exchange on thursday and friday it is a great deal.

Yes, both those answers are correct. It will not deduct from your rakeback and the Cash Exchange is only eligible for VIP players.

I would also recommend switching to the VIP system if you are putting in decent volume.

In order to do this you can contact our customer service at: support@lockpoker.com

Hopefully that should confirm your answers, feel free to post any others questions you might have regarding this.

Yeah I already switched over to VIP system... but I just didn't know if they deducted "cash back" but they don't so that's very very very sweet :v)

Just to confirm that I've been reading the pertinent threads/the info on the Lock site correctly, is it correct that there is no reason to drop RB for VIP until hitting Black (10k VIP)?

Incorrect. You won't hit any sort of VIP until you drop Rakeback. So you will lose value building up to Black, but once you hit black you get 15% more effective rakeback than standard rakeback.

So if you plan on grinding for a few months it is definitely worth it, especially if you enjoy playing some casino games without risking your own money. But if you are taking it month to month. Stick with Rakeback.

In the past I have told people if they can consistently rake 1k a month or more then the VIP program is absolutely for them.

I waited until I qualified for Black VIP then e-mailed to switch. The 1st month on there you should keep your rake back, then switch once you have achieved Black VIP imo

is this correct?

what is the 10% casino bonus?

i live in WA state and cannot withdraw via casino; can i transfer 'free' money won in casino into poker and withdraw that way no hassel?

The 10% casino bonus is awarded monthly, basically 10% rake back as a bonus in your casino account, 40x play through requirement and then you can withdraw it. The amount of the bonus has to stay in your casino account but any excess can be moved freely over to poker.

as far as the WA state goes, I would have to check and see if some exception to moving funds could be made in that case, I would assume that there is some way for WA state players to receive the funds, I'm asking now.

Thanks
