Biggest thing is the withdrawals need to be processed faster. When people don't get paid, they lose interest in playing, because what's the point if it takes forever to receive your money? 1-2 weeks max is all it should take for a check to be approved and sent out.

Is there a timeframe for when Lock is going to update their software? I cannot remember the exact statement, but when lock switched to the revolution network, didn't they say they were working on a software update of their own?

UPDATE THE LOBBY'S! Playing MTT's is so unbareable. Average stacks sizes don't update frquently, and players still in the field don't update quick either. Almost bubbled a tournament because of this issue!

please play 6 tables on a mac computer and see if you dont attempt suicide....the software is incredibly bad especially mac client....customer service has been greatly improved imo....biggest concerns:

* payout timeframes us and row

* lol software

* tourney aspects (weird add on time periods, LOL blind structures, hand for hand, etc)

this +1, you have Shallow tables so why allow them to SS still at the reg. tables, raise the min buyin to 50bb not 30bb.

I would like to be able to auto-topup my chips to full in NL after every hand I am down. RIght now my chips only top up when they are down ~10BB or something like that.

3. More tourneys with 100+bb starting chips. So many are 30bb to start which gives no room to maneuver. Also more reg and less turbo tourneys

Word didn't realize that was possible. Sometimes it doesn't rebuy until I'm near 1/2 stack, think this will fix it? What if I set to >110 BBs? Don't they wants my $?

Here's a suggestion. When I make the mistake to request a withdraw, don't move that $ to my Casino, tell me I can only cashout 3k and then say that I exceeded my daily limit when I try to move the leftover money from Casino to Poker

Id like to see some limit holdem tables in between the 25cent/50cent and the $5/$10 tables...maybe some $1/$2 and $2/$4 tables.

This would be really easy to implement into your software and really help increase security as players would be more aware of what is happening with their money.

I.e. there is a current thread of someone being hacked for over 100k on LOCK, and he didn't know it until he logged in his acct. This would have been caught a LOT earlier, had he seen an email notification of large sums being transferred.

Almost all major poker sites have this feature. It's a simple feature, but very important one that's missing.
