Would be nice if tables always popped up on your action and random tables didn't pop up for no reason and you were never kicked off tables for no reason. It seems if a table gets minimized it won't pop up on your action.

Not true - all the LA casinos have a BBJ - it brings in a certain type of player. Players change their play due to the BBJ, and many players *refuse* to play when there are not enough people at the table for the BBJ to be "on".

the player pool isn't big enough on lock for bbj tables, it isn't even big enough for one type of table per stake and they already have regular tables and shallow tables. If they add another type games just won't run because one person will sit at one table, one at another, and one at a third all by themselves at different games.

Is there some way to autotop up your stack at NL holdem cash games or do you have to keep clicking buy chips?

Also, it would be nice if I didn't have to resize the table every time I opened a new one.

Could we be able to save our layouts meaning size and positioning of the tables?

There's a way to do this in options, game play I think. Doesn't work perfectly but decent.

1) Decrease payment time
2) Have a support team that will answer your questions and not send you a generic email.
3) Better software

If you guys can drastically change those, your golden IMO.

Just started playing few days ago and off the top of my head these are some suggestions.

*Be able to be on more than 8 waiting lists
*Time bank
*Be able to see your total balance when seated at tables
*Be able to join all waiting lists of a specific table with 1 click (such as 6-handed .25/.5 regular)
*Fix auto-top up because it doesn't always work
*Be able to access cashier w/o opening web browser

Why is the min buy in at PLO 20bb but nlhe is 30? I think they both should be raised, don't think anyone would disagree with min plo 30bb or maybe 40 for 3/6 and under.

Or can you make the prefixed amount when you go to sit at a table like 60bb or 70bb? Fish love to come and just sit w/o really typing in an amount so they always sit down with the prefixed number.

Suggestion: turn off the doomswitch.

My god how bad can one run

small session: flop pair + FD twice, lose twice, once to higher pair (where i also turn a gutshot along with it) 2nd time make K high flush get beaten by pair making 2 pair while u make the flush, and river fills him up.

FFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU poker can make me rage

Can you please get some real CS. We were told we would have more CS coming on board and it seems like all they do is send generic e-mails for every issue you send to them. I really don't consider getting 2-3 people to send generic e-mails all day a upgrade on your CS. Also a update on when if ever a upgrade on your software will happen. There is a thread about that question and not one rep has even said a word about that. My guess is not any time soon.

Please make the auto-top up work better so we stop missing hands if you get stacked and are in one of the blinds next hand and have to sit out until the button passes and then it auto posts for us.....
