Just so it doesn't get lost on the request list, please improve the filter. At least add game types (it is extremely painful for STT's, where things like NL Omaha exist).

Thank you Rizen and JSH06 for all the work you've done recently in this thread to address the major concerns. The big one that is still looming for me is the segregation of player funds.

PokerStars had player funds segregated from their general funds and FTP did not. We know how that turned out. Where does Lock/Merge stand with regards to this? If this has been addressed already, please link me - the thread is long and I haven't read it all.

i have been waiting roughly 2 weeks for the check withdrawal to process from the lock poker side. would u guys advise i take the chance and lose my place in line to try and withdrawal from the lock casino side of things? via the new check by courier method?

There is currently no change in checks on the poker side. I believe that is handled by Merge, while the casino cashouts are handled by Lock & Merge takes no part in the process. Merge is working on speeding up withdrawls on the poker side.

Rizen originally said 48 hrs for the check by courier. He then came in and corrected himself. He said 3-5 days for check by courier. The 48hrs he said would be for the credit card option that will be available July 1st.

Just requested check by courier...will update when received.

btw guys if u are american dont try to cash out using the "ecocard" option, its not an available cashout method for US players but you can still for some reason set it up and ask for it....and all it will do is tie up your money until you get a hold of Lock support and untie it.

Can those using the new check by courier option post when these are approved later on. Just wondering how long getting an approval will add to the process.

You are correct. Sorry I forgot to change that.

Checks will go out on Mondays and arrive in 3-5 business days.

Cash to card withdrawls should take 48 hours.

The filters need a lot of work. Game type and speed would be the 2 most important ones to add imo. Just look at the filters on stars & FTP & go from there.

I'm guessing we have already brought this matter up to Merge.

I just did this, had only been waiting a week though. Even if your check from Lock goes out next Monday, you should still receive quite a bit quicker than if you wait from Merge imo

Looks like my withdrawal was placed back into the casino cashier automatically. No follow up required, I'll use the courier option next attempt.

When I first logged into the cashier on the casino side it asked me to verify my name, address, phone number etc. I accidentally did not change the state tab from AK, and now I cannot figure out how to change it to my correct state. Everything on my address looks fine besides the state. Help anyone?

I submitted the wrong state when I signed up at the poker room. I just emailed the general support email address with the current information on the account and what it needed to be changed to. It took 2 days, but they did change it for me.

Rizen,

When you log back on here can you please let me know. I will send you my email address and screen name. Is there anyway you would be able to change my state from AK to my correct my state? I can not find a way to do this on my own. I will pm you all my information. With the current state of the customer service I figure going through you would be a much better option. Just wanted to make a public thank to Rizen. Besides being very active in this thread, he has responded to several PMs to issues that i didnt want to clutter up the forum with. I can only imagine how busy he has been the last couple of weeks between the thread, PMs, family etc. The fact that he takes as much time as he does to try and explain everything to us is really impressive to me, and hopefully it doesnt go unnoticed or unappreciated in the poker community. It seems to me that Lock is going above and beyond to make it the place to be for US players, and i hope they keep up with their efforts.

Its also nice to have 2 other Lock pros in the thread answering questions etc. My only advice (if possible) is to put LOCK PRO or something in your location or whatever, so that people realize that you know what you are talking about when you respond. Again, thanks for all of the time and effort you guys are putting into this.

Hello, go to the Player Admin, then click Update My Details. If it is "locked" and can't be edited just email the correct changes to support@lockpoker.com and they will be able to help you.

Rizen has done a great job and we place an emphasis on dealing with our customers so the questions that we see will continued to be answered on a daily basis.

The problem is in the casino. My poker information is fine, as I have received checks at my current address. While signing into the cashier it asked me to update info, and now my state is stuck on AK. Sorry to clog the thread. Just really have been trying to cash-out some money..

I did email support, but I waited over a week for them to get back to me last time I emailed.

did u try to just go through it with "AK" as ur state? once u do the cashout it will ask if ur address is correct, maybe u can change it there. just a thought, not sure.

edit: u can just cancel it if not and maybe ask someone else, but it used to be that the state on mail is irrelevant as long as u have the street addy and zip code. i dont think they look at state unless the zip is unreadable. another thought that im not sure of.gl.
