200% up to $2400 bonus? I thought it's up to $1200?

More UI suggestions:
Right now there are two options for closing tables: Confirm or don't confirm. This applies even to STTs, and I believe whether you are sitting in or not at cash games. You should not have to confirm in any case if you are closing a tournament that is over and really not ones you are busted out of. You should have to confirm if you are still active at the table. This is just a pick your annoyance situation right now: needing to make needless clicks or accidentally leaving a table you are active at.

Make it easy to make mods. The graphics are not very good for following the action, seeing hands, seeing bets, etc. Also, it is apparently very difficult to mod this right now. This should be a focus of your IT team.

Better filtering I covered, but it really is substandard.

Allow me to sit at more than 1 HUSNG (while waiting) at a given stakes/game that are not ST's. It is pretty annoying that I can't queue up two, or that if someone I don't want to play is waiting I can't sit and wait for someone else.

Make getting rid of all the casino crap doable and easy.

It has been over 24 hours and still no credit to my account for the $500. *sigh*
I cleared the Ipad2 bonus and mailed support (after waiting 24 hours for them to get in touch with me which they never did) and the money was put in my account within a couple of minutes. I then deposited again and mailed them about it and they immediately applied the 200% deposit bonus. That was over a week ago though - maybe they've slowed down now. No idea why they would have slowed down though. Or maybe it was quicker because I mailed them during working hours UK time. What time did you mail them?

all has been corrected now after a few emails to support and a pm to Rizen. The $500 was applied to my Vault account, not my regular account which was why I did not see it.

I have a question about the 200% bonus. I have a big enough bankroll on Lock now and would only be redepositing to take advantage of the 200% bonus. Is the bonus still valid if I re-deposit, then immediately withdraw the money, and then work on clearing it with the money I had on there originally?
I don't want any more of my own money on Lock than I have to.

My check from this Royal Bank of Canada was no good that Lock sent me. Walk into Chase Bank and they tell me it was the Bank who sent it that wouldn't release the funds. What the F man. I am completely and utterly lost with what to do. I actually called this bank and the guy told me Canadian checks are hard to clear in the US.

Rizen, Any idea how I can be issued my 1249.00 if these canadian cheques are not going to clear with US banks.

Hmm, "looking forward" to an update about this...

Anyone else had similar issues?

Is is true UMW is no longer an option for withdrawing from Merge?

Glad to hear you got your money. I'm not sure if you forfeit the 2nd bonus if you withdraw. Maybe Rizen could answer?

Can anyone tell me why a person can not make a deposit on this site without jumping through hoops like a trained animal. I tried to make a simple 20.00 deposit and was told to try again by going to the casino and then transfering the funds to the poker room. If I wanted to play slots, I would have gone to the casino to begin with. I am so pissed, I told them to cancel my account. I am a casual player that has been playing freerolls for the last month and thought I nwould try some micro ring gams but if I have to jump through hoops to give them my money I would rather play on another site.

You can't deposit and immediately withdraw it. There is likely a small playthrough requirement. Not sure if cashing out before finishing the bonus would negate the bonus. I suspect it would but am not sure.

Rizen,

Does your site regularly give up on players that have problems without really trying to assist beyond some rediculous resoponse such as "we are sorry you feel this way". I told support that your site sucked and continue to feel that I amcorrect. If I have to jump through hoops to play on your site, what does the site offer in return. I am only one of the thousands of little guys that probably feel this way.

I would at least expect them "not" to expect me to beg them to let me play. Either way, I think that if they want US players, they should not make it a confrontational process to let them play. It feels a lot like, "I would like to help you out, which way did you come in?"

Can you elaborate? I'm a US player that started playing on Lock after Black Friday, and I've had no problems. I created an account, deposited with my debit card, and have played several thousand games already. It's no pokerstars, but I'm very happy with the site so far (except for what I hear about the long cashout waits.)

he's mad that support asked him to click on "lock casino" to deposit using the casino's "express payment." it takes an extra 30 seconds and it's hardly jumping through hoops.

doing western union is jumping through hoops. howdybub is basically complaining about nothing.
