Regarding that 48hour royal flush promo: whenever I go to 'history' in the lobby, none of the hands ever display; they just say 'loading' for infinity. I'm guessing this is because either A) HEM moves the files right away, so they can't be viewed or B) merge HH software sucks. How am I ever going to make use of this promotion if I can't copy the HH. Will they accept the HH in HEM format?

why not stop importing and move the HH file back?
or just give them table + hand number from your hem database

I just got table number and exact time from hem database. Could not find exact hand number in hem but they seemed cool with date and time and table name as listed from my hem.

I deposited using a greendot card that was not accepted on the poker side, but was accepted on the casino side. If it's not your first deposit (you cant get a deposit bonus) you can check the giftcard section of the marketplace and sell moneypak's codes to others for lock funds.

I had trouble repositing to the poler site too. e-mail support had me deposit to the casino and transfer. I then e-mailed support and they manually input the Ipad2 bonus, which I have since worked off, I took the $500 in lieu of the iPad2. Got the money in my vault in less than 48 hours.

Hi - I have sent an email to support a nd copied in Rizen - (I didnt see an email adress for yourself) NOTHING seems to have happened this whole week as withdrawal is just sitting at pending.

I am aware that you guys are busy but hey I can choose to play any site (I am not resident in the "land of the free") and all other sites I play on - ipoker, PS and ongame do not have these issues as there is nothing holding up UK payments legal wise.

Please see what you can do to facilitate my withdrawal of my money and hopefully I will keep play on the site as I actually (am very surprised) like the software and the support(apart from withdrawals)

Well for black level you 20% cashback daily, + can redeem points @ $20/1k, +a 10% Casino bonus every week. Elite would be 22.5% for the cashback and points, +a 20% casino bonus every week. Pretty big difference over RB if you rake at least 1k a month.

The way I always understood the bonus was it was supposed to be deposited into the person's casino account, I was actually surprised when it started showing up in vaults.

We are working with the network right now to more fully define exactly how it is supposed to work and make sure we stay within guidelines. I will keep everyone posted but I definitely know it will not be showing up in the vault anymore, and just wanted to make sure everyone was aware to look for it in the casino in the future.

My experiance with Lock is this. I signed up and got 100 percent bonus (not 200 as other got) and got 35 percent rakeback. After many issues and emails with getting a cashout and my IPOD bonus Emily in service made me a VIP. Nothing was told to me about this I had to read about it here : http://www.mergevip.com/.

I was very happy that after all the issues that I would be getting these added perks to go along with my rakeback. Keep in mind it was never stated that I would get one or the other (Rakeback or VIP) this was given to me as a reply to compensate me for the many issues I was having. Now it seems after many emails the only thing I'm geting is access to the Vault which had to be reset twice and I had to download Safari browser for it to work. This month I'm well into black VIP and had over 18k in VIP points (earned at only the 65 percent speed because of rakeback mind you). After speaking with Emily about all the Perks she (a month in mind you) tells me I don't get any AND get this, removes all my 18000 in VIP points so now not only can I not redeem them for cash now I can not use them for tourney entry like I was before so I just lost about 180 in fees or 360 in cash for points at 20 percent black VIP redemption rate.

I need to get my points back. They should have never been removed and the VIP program needs to be made much clearer. I also never had a place to cash in the points for real money only tourney entry. Lastly she also made me a casino VIP which I have played tons on and I have never once been able to access the Casino VIP part of the site or been given anything.

Black is worth 50% total. It is 20% daily cash back + 20% value in points redemption + 10% weekly into your casino account.

Well great wish I was seeing a penny of that.

The VIP system was probably rolled out a little too soon before all the bugs were worked out. But i think that now it will prove to be very beneficial to most of the grinders out there.
