You should be extremely wary, this could easily be a scam. Especially since they are offering so much more than the current market rate, I'm not saying it's definitely a scam, but I would say like >90% chance it is.

Lock is also not one of the highest volume poker room as you say, and their traffic has fallen over 50% in the past few months. Trying to lure people into depositing onto this ****hole is a disgrace.

Requested a withdrawal at the end of Feb, they emailed me saying they sent the check on May 7, have not gotten it. Every time I get through to them, they say the check is en route (2 months???).

Ok I have been waiting for my withdrawl for months upon months. Support keeps telling me it will be at my house via Fedex in a week. It has been months since they have been telling me this and is getting quite ridiculous. I have lost an extremely large sum of money on Fullt and this incompetance by another poker site is just bringing back horrible feelings and leaving me screwed with no money which I really need. Please someone who represents Lock and wants to keep some sort of respect contact support to find out where danksta14 money is and when it will be sent

I just received a response from lock customer service! They thanked me for my email (#23) and wrote "all withdrawal requests are being honored and paid out"..."you will receive your funds"...delays, apologies, blah, blah, blah...

We can now all relax, the payout is surely going to happen! LOL

Just got this from Lock. Put in the latest request 2 weeks ago, emailed them several times. This morning I emailed them and copied my attorney. This reply came in minutes. My reply to taking over a month for western union wasn't too nice but thought you'd want to see what they said.

"Thank you for your email.

Once a Western Union payout has been submitted, we will process this within around 4-5 weeks. Once done, you will be sent a confirmation email that includes your Confirmation Number and Name of the Sender. Please take this, along with photo ID to your local Western Union branch and they will release the funds to you.
