It can, but it's an extra-fee service so in general it's not done unless you're paying for it.

I requested a payout through western union and still have not gotten an e-mail saying it was approved or not. i requested the payout on 14 July, and cannot get any answer through customer service or phone. Just pisses me off that they are so quick to take your money but do not want to payout when you win something.

Instead of bothering support after just 5 days read this thread. It usually takes at least one week to get an email

I wish I could have an update on my western union payout, I did on 7-11. Everyone has been there's in 10-12 days it seems.

Honestly, read the threads. The people who requested on 7/10 just got approved yesterday. Its a weekend so you probably won't get anything until early next week. If you don't get info by mid-week next week then start asking questions.

I requested a WU cashout on 7-10 and haven't heard anything.

There is something about a verification form on their cashier page. Do I need that and is that delaying the cashout? It talks about credit cards. I deposited also by WU and have not used credit cards.

I did read the thread last Sunday I got a message saying the payout is being processed and I should have with in a week.

Verification is often required for cashouts, and it has nothing to do with whether you deposited or how you deposited. You need to send in the verification form with ID as requested, and if you didn't deposit via credit card then you just mark that part N/A.

Wait, what? On Merge (not on Lock however), i never had to verify - i'm an EU player who deposited using Skrill (Moneybookers), and never had to verify to cash out using Skrill. Is the policy on the new network different 100% sure?

I kind of figured the verification would be for the US players using different deposit methods.

verification is required for cashouts on Lock. I am not sure if you need to be verified to make P2P transfers on Lock.

verification is only required for person-to-person transfers on Merge. You do not need to be verified to cash out on Merge.

No, but they finally put the money back into my poker account so I can withdraw it via WU. So yeah I guess it technically isn't completely resolved yet since I haven't gotten the money but at least the money is no longer in limbo.
