I don't have a problem with waiting for 3 weeks, a month, even longer because I understand the market right now. My only problem is promising a time frame you can't deliver (I know at one point CS was telling people 5-10 days).

That's great that you guys are getting checks, but that's far from good news. You guys only waited what a week or two? There's a bunch of people waiting on bank transfers for over 2 months.

i agree with this and just want accurate time frames. the most recent time frame given by shane was 2-3 weeks and it looks like all these checks from 3-27 r getting there in exactly 3 weeks so that not too bad.

Wrong. This is extremely good news. The checks have taken 16 business days (3+ weeks). Several of us had bankwires waiting for over a month and a half, too. I had two pending for weeks and weeks before they got canceled. This is the first money that I've been able to get off of Lock and with the changes in delivery expectations, it's positive to know that it's at least available.

Obviously, it completely sucks that the bankwire's have been a total disaster (which the Lock reps have acknowledged on an earlier page) and it's frustrating and inexcusable that it's taken this long. BUT - knowing the checks are still arriving (albeit not in the 1-2 week time frame) is a 100% positive thing.

3/27 check processed. 4/18 received. Hope the 3/30 processed arrives this week, too.

What I meant to say is it's not good news for me and anyone waiting on bank transfers. Just even more irritating all these people who cashed out after us are seeing their money.

We weren't the ones who chose the sheisty bank transfer processor so we shouldn't be the ones paying for it.

In general, it's good checks are arriving. Best of luck to everyone cashing them.

Please report back when these 4/18 checks clear the bank.

Also, things are not looking too good for the 2/15 checks.

But i would really like to hear an update from Shane on the bank transfers. You said your CEO has talked to the processor. So what's the deal? Are you going to refund all the outstanding bank transfer withdrawal accounts and expedite courier checks to us?

Would really like an answer soon instead of just blindly waiting for my money. Been blindly waiting for my $2500 since 2/25.

Yeah it's really annoying seeing people that requested like a month after me get theirs before I even get an update on mine.

I have been waiting 2 months on a bank transfer. It said it processed after a week but I have not received my funds. I sent 3 emails this weekend and one last night. I asked them just to put the funds back in my account. Surprise no replies. Now I can't even see proof of my cash out in my history and lock doesn't even reply to my emails. Lock is a horrible site. I am going to switch to carbon or rpm if I ever deposit online again. I hate you Lock.

just received my check that was processed the 6th, thats just under 2 weeks. so it looks like some checks r taking 2 weeks, some r taking 3 weeks.

I requested a check on 2/15. I was approved 3/1. I email to check on it 3/9. I was told by Quinn in the reply to that email that it was on the way an I should have it by 3/19.

Told I am told by Paige that it was delayed due to the bank's easter holiday (which was on 4/8. that's a month after Quinn told me i had already been mailed). I asked to have it cancelled and hve my funds put back into my account. Paige completely ignores my request as if it never happened and told me to expect it by the end of next week.

Yeah right. Even if it comes, I would be floored if it clears the bank.

I'm in the EXACT same situation. The history clears after 30 days so it doesn't even show my bank transfer from 3/1. I'm starting to get really really really upset. Seriously Lock, it's been 50 f'n days for a bank transfer. I will update this thread every day until I get my money in my account so everyone who comes here will see how they treat their customers.
