August 27th - No check. Quinn says "you should get it by next week"

Screw the checks. Its all about Western Union withdrawals. I have been getting mine within 2 weeks the last few times i have requested. I used to request checks but ever since they made the cash out limit 2k for WU I have been using that.

You will get your check eventually. They used to say the same **** to me about my checks. DO NOT USE CHECK WITHDRAWALS FROM LOCK. Stick to WU in the future and it will be smooth sailing.

Yea obviously the last time I do checks. Taking 2 months is one thing. Continously lying about the status is another though.

Let me first say Im in no way defending the payment speeds at the moment.

I do just want to say though that any timeframes that are passed on by support are coming from the processors. In cases like yours above the updates you sought and they gave you would have been requested from the processor and then passed onto you.

honestly if lock could get there payments out in a timely manner i think there site would be amazing especially for US players. but the fact that they can't makes me just not want to play there...
08-31-2012 , 12:48 AM
Another 2 days have gone by
More emails have been sent
Obviously no response.. they just won't tell me where the check is

I agree 100%. The US poker market is just begging one of the available poker sites to step up and process withdrawals quickly. Having to wait 6-8 weeks is such a huge turnoff. I don't understand why it has to be this way.

Quinn told me my check was sent on 8/16
Its now 9/3 and still nothing!!!!

That is just an absolute joke. Just plain bad business. No reason for a check to take 2 months or longer to arrive. JUST BAD BUSINESS.

I'm assuming that you hired this group to process the money and if they are doing their job poorly than you are also responsible for that to the players you represent. If they can't do their job properly why are they being used by Lock? Lock has obviously failed the players by not providing a competent cashier.

If they aren't meeting the needs of the players then they should be replaced by someone who can.

I have roughly 4k on Lock right now and either these withdrawal issues get fixed or I am selling all my funds and staying with Black Chip Poker..........

thats easy, because your governemnt makes this problems...im more as sure tha the US has more problems as some people playing Poker .. all countries have this btw.

but going after Poker like it is a terrorist game .. doesnt makes any sense

the DOJ could find enough real criminals they can go for and hunt them down

seriouse question : why you Guys not go to Intertops and ask them how they do it and copy it 1:1

this would save a lot of problems, im not sure if intertops would share it ... but it would make sense to ask them at least

9/4- update from Lock

"You should see this as early as this week. The very latest is next week. "

LOL... said the exact same thing on 8/2!

This sounds a lot like the payment traffic a few months prior to Black Friday on FTP. Is Revolution gaming somehow complying with UIGEA given that they service US players? Or does the DOJ have their sights set on them next?
Oh, and the software still sucks. When are the improvements coming?

When their shills don't even pretend to be doing anything other than blatantly lying to you, it's time to pick a new site to play on.

The "it's not our fault it's the processors" is such a huge bitch move to post. You hired these processors guy, it's your fault.

Other sites are doing it right, you're doing it wrong.

It's not processors though, obviously, they are having MAJOR cash flow issues. I guess giving players 150% RB wasn't the best move? Such idiots.

I am going back to merge.

150% is meaningless if they never actually pay out. What's their next "brilliant" idea? Start rigging their "RNG"??? LOL

Mine is also in the 8/16 batch, I'm hoping for tomorrow or next week. They told me "this week or early next" like 3 weeks ago as well.

LOL at "processing the money".
I remember how easily I got my money from sites like Paradise, UB, and Stars back in the day.
Now you have these 'advanced' people processing the money and can't let people cash out easily? C'mon, stop with this 'processing' crap.
Lock knows how much money is in an account (obviously). Lock should be able to have someone send the money in less than a week.
If you can accept the money within 30 minutes, then you should be able to cash someone out reasonably quickly too.
Seriously, why is it so fast and easy to deposit? What about the people who 'process' it? It all works faster when the money is coming your way?

Talking about the ease of payments pre-UIGEA is meaningless, it was a whole different world back then. We would love to be able to work under those conditions but the fact is things have changed for the worse since then.

Shane, your answers seem meaningless.

You only seem to be here to deflect blame and criticism. There is no actual answer in your replies.

Is there anything being done to fix this issue? Other than cash flow issues (which is a bad warning sign) what else might be going on?

As people have pointed out already... Other sites are operating under the same conditions yet they are getting the job done.

Worse yet, you not giving real concrete answers as to the status of the network really hurts its credibility. People are goin to jump to conclusions and its going to hurt your player pool when everyone is telling their friends "don't play there, its a sinking ship."

I don't know. Thats just my take on it. Personally I really want to see lock succeed and get this all straightened out. It would be really nice to have it remain an option.
