How can you play here? How can you play here?

Mostly complaints going back almost 40 pages. most of these threads are unresolved. Seriously, why play here and let lock succeed at your expense? Lock really needs to get their **** together. They are an embaresment to the poker community and makes current players look like addicts when they settle for this.If you keep letting them run their company like this, it is a matter of time before they crash and burn and drag you with them. And nobody's going to want to bail them out for their pos software.

I can´t believe how Lock Poker thinks its a good idea to have a subforum here on 2+2. 2/3s of the threads are ppl complaining about deposits/cashouts/promos etc.

You could not look any worse if u tried to.

Upset people start threads. Happy people don't start threads.

I've never had a problem with lock. Cashouts can take a while, but that's just the state of online poker in the US. Minor glitches occur during software changes, promo kick-offs, etc. but lock has always done their best to fix things asap and reward players for their patience.

Since the switch to Revolution I've had 4 successful cashouts (1 check and 3 WU). So I've had no major problems. I'm able to play poker and withdraw my funds. I've emailed customer support a few times this month and they have responded and resolved the issues within minutes each time. They also have great rakeback/promotions (VIP, points for cash, BOTK). These are the reasons I play on Lock poker.

I don't deny that they have a lot of room for improvement and that a few other player have had some major problems with Lock but my experience so far, considering the online poker environment I live in (USA), has been pretty positive.

As a US player I am not going to complain much as atleast I have somewhere to play. I have cashed out once and got my money in a reasonable amount of time. Shane has responded to my issues very quick. All in all I'm happy with Lock, now if they can just update the software and I'm good to go.
