Help with cashing out credentials

I have emailed support twice for the past week and I have not received a response. What credentials to I have to send in so I can cash out and where to? the email and the fax number. Also, I was curious how the Western Union withdrawal worked, I've never done a WU withdrawal and am completely clueless to the process. All help is appreciated, thank you.

if you click on "admin" from the client it will take you online to "admin" then click verification and a pop up will guide you through it.
