I deposited money onto Lock last night around 12:00 a.m. and for whatever reason the money did not go into my cashier tell 5:00 this mourning. So I contacted them by email and told support the problem. Within a couple hours my money was in the cashier and I was refunded my western union fees to my cashier.

I tried to deposit yesterday, my CC was rejected.I emailed support 20 hrs ago..yet to receive a reply.

I had to laugh, but Rizen has seriously been quite helpful.

What I thought was funny is the great support came when depositing. That usually seems to be the best time to get good support, I've noticed. Withdrawals.... eh, not as good.
