obv. people who are currently able to play are more up to date with these questions and would be good if we have some answers ready so people willing to signup have the information ready and hopefully we can see lot of smooth new signups.
1) Sites on the Merge network no longer offer rakeback, just the VIP program. Different affiliates do some promotional things, but you don't have to use an affiliate to sign up and get access to the VIP program.
2) Using express pay through the casino is the easiest way as I understand it right now and works with most major credit/debit cards.
3) As of right now requesting a check by courier on the casino side is the fastest way to cash out.
4) For checks by courier, ~1-2 weeks, for checks through the poker side ~6 weeks and if you're not in the US and using an ewallet times vary, but are usulally faster than checks.
5) On casino checks there is a 3k/check limit and poker checks 2500/check limit. If you're using another method I'm not sure what the maximums are but I can check if you need to know.
