A friendly plead for Lock Poker A friendly plead for Lock Poker

Please make the following your primary and for now your only objectives:

1) Cashout - I know this is obvious and I know you guys are working on this, but you need to go one step beyond: you need to prove to everyone you are going above and beyond to get cashouts to work. If you get the reputation as a scam site or a site that does not pay people (I see the effort, and believe your company is genuine - perception by everyone else is a different matter) - Then you are finished in the poker community and will not be able to run a successful poker site again until your reputation is fixed.

2) Communication - Your whole staff needs to act like Gandhi. Your staff needs to take insults, the negativity, everything crappy ignore and try to make it a positive. You need to hire more staff and train them well even if it means taking a short term loss. This is huge, this is a non-technical issue that can be instantly fixed with the right people and extra effort. This can be fixed the second you complete reading this message.

3) Software glitches that cost your customers money - I currently will not multi-table SnGs because of this. It leaves a bad taste in my mouth everytime I have to go hunting for missing tables. If your communication was vastly improved and you could get customer refunds within an hour of the complaint, then I would say fix this when you can. But, if you cannot get refunds within 24 hours, my suggestion would be to pull all tournaments this affects and only put the tournaments back on when this glitch is fixed. This obviously goes for all money glitches. (example: bounties)

All 3 of these are deal breakers for different people in the community.

Everything else can wait.

Again, best of luck!

Experienced another software glitch yesterday. The system apparently "reset" the tournament table 4 times within a few hands. Each time it resulted in the system returning the blinds to the first seats dealt for the tournament. I paid the small blind 4 out of 6 hands, mid tournament for a significant hit to my stack. The poor guy in the BB seat lost half his stack in less than an orbit without playing a hand.

SNG or MTT? For a MTT this would obviously be bad but for a SNG (Especially a super turbo) this would be horrible.

They will either learn in time from their mistakes / advice given / experience or their competitors will learn from their failure. Either way I don't mind giving good free advice.

Worse case scenario I'm wasting my breath and a few mintues of time.

lol, competitors, sure, u do play in the US dont u. U either choose to play here knowing that they are issues, which btw are not nearly as bad as they were 3 months ago, or u play merge. Really kind of hard to get demanding knowing that. U either have to face that reality or not. I play about 8 tables at once on sngs and have yet to have problems, but im sure they do happen.

About the cashout process, why does everyone in the US feels they have it bad here. U do realize what this site goes through for us to get paid. At Full Tilt they were changing rules and processors like every month to stay ahead of agencies chasing them. Again think u need to face that fact.

Was middle of MTT. I had about 25BB when the resets started, the other guy only had about 20 to start. Bad for me, worse for him, and tilting all around. But as has been said, I'm in the US, land of the (used to be) free so there aren't a lot of choices.
