I have a problem with my deposits.

For my 1st-time initial deposit, I intended to deposit $750. I was using a Visa CC. Upon depositing, the Lock site said the max deposit amount per transaction was $500. OK, kind of an annoyance but not a big deal. So I just made another deposit for $250. All is good at this point..., I was accepted, Visa worked, and I was able to deposit a total $750 to maximize my bonus.

The problem however was that I was charged extra fees.

I was charged $517.22 to deposit $500.
I was charged $258.53 to deposit $250.

Additionally, I had two more fees labeled "International Service Fees" at a cost of $4.14 & $2.07.

Has anybody else had this problem? I've never before been asked by a poker site to pay a fee in order to deposit money. I'm displeased.

I've worked with Ebes12 (and he has been helpful) to help get this issue solved, but the support staff has done nothing to reimburse me.

I'm not sure what else I can do.

Hey,

I had this problem too, I was charged 1,039 for a 1,000 dollar deposit on the casino side. They credited 40 dollars to my account. I emailed casino side support, and they solved the issue within an hour, I was very pleased with their efficiency.

Hmm didn't know they reimbursed international fees, I'll have to hit them on the backlog!

My extra 40 dollar charge, I don't think was an international fee because I was hit with a separate 30 dollar international fee that I didn't seek recompensation for. Honestly, I think the processor is being a little shady charging that extra 40 because Lock claimed they didn't take that extra 40. That is just my speculation though.

email support and give them your bank statement. They will credit it back to your account.

I'm not sure that they do reimburse international fees. I've received no reimbursements.

I've received "internation service fees" depositing onto full tilt and absolute bet back in the days when depositing with my bank debit card.

Whenever I deposited I got a screen from we4pay that said that there might be a fluctuation in the currency market, changing the exact price. They are processing the CC payments through China (at least mine were through Shinzen and Nanjing) so some variance in the dollar to HKD is necessary. The international service fee is from your bank, same as if you had withdrawn money from an ATM abroad that your bank didn't have an agreement with.
