Hello rizen thank you for your time in reading this, i go by Gummybearz on lock poker. Im currently in a staking deal with a friend of mine and he would like to send me a modest amount on my lock poker account. Its not allowing me to make transfers though. I really would like to have this enabled as im anxiously waiting for the chance to play poker again. All i need is my transfer option made available so my friend can send me my stake. Any help would be appreciated.

I would e-mail support and ask them to enable your transfers (you can CC me rizen@lockpoker.com if you would like so I can monitor it). Depending on various circumstances (usually if you have deposited in the past and what method you used to do so) they may require you to verify your account first (there is a sticky FAQ at the top of this forum on account verification).

I would recommend getting your account verified no matter what, as it will speed up future withdrawals, but depending on account specific information it may not be required prior to getting your transfers enabled.
