As always this isnt something I can just run off and do, it has several layers of approval to go through before it can see the light of day. The internet is a very fluid place, and internet customers require more and more instant information and instant changes but there is a balance on the business side and things still have to run through as series of procedures.

Hi guys,

I'm new here. This is my second visit. While I'm trying to figure out this site, I would like to thank Microbob for his post. I hate that I am not the only one who is currently having serious problems with Lock. I know how you guys feel. I've explained my money being stolen by Lock poker in this video here....

not sure anyone can help you other than shane or rizen. i'd PM/skype shane and keep emailing lock every day. make sure you include a link to this video, itll probably draw their attention to your problem sooner.

Thank you mise. I have no clue who shane or rizen are, much less how to reach them on skype. If you could leave me that information as a comment on youtube on my video then I'll be able to for sure find it. Still new here, so I don't know for sure I'll be able to get back and find this page - LOL. Thank you buddy. Much appreciated.

I assumed his post to be sarcastic. I also had a minor LOL at the notion of it, because Lock has done little to make anyone assume they are legitimate. I can't speak for the poster you quoted, but there are many reasons for many people to have a grudge against Lock. Ever since they left Merge they have done nothing right.

Im still out $500+ from the sunday crash last week. WTF?! 5 emails an over a week with no response at all. DO SOMETHING!

Ps: yall owe me my lock lotto winnings as well. Crap ass software kept giving me and error page everytime i tryed to claim it. Go figure.

There this scenario was mentioned previously various times, also about PC equipment I think, I do not know if this was/is true or any longer true since this was published there.

My repeated question to Shane about their supposedly location in Europe got unanswered...but I guess he was busy with something else and just wanted to point out how hard it is to work on a poker site.

Obviously Calvin does not like Lock a lot, so take it with a grain of salt, on the other hand he certainly knows this industry very well.

Personally I cannot say anything bad about Geoffrey but this cartoon also at same site gets me laughing every time, also considering Lock's ongoing support issues:

That it takes a week to get some kind of answer (on 2+2, not by support or website/email!) to all problems that have surfaced is not cool or looking too good.

the fact that this is how you are handling these issues and not proactively going through accounts to refund people without them asking shows that you are planning on scamming your customers too stupid to realize they deserve remuneration for your networking issues, the lack of clarity about lock's fault in things like this seems really desperate and indicative of a site in serious financial hardship

The thing that pisses me off is, if they just answered the emails within a few days to begin with then they would probably only have 20% of the emails they have now. Gotta be at least 80% are just repeats and complaints cause they never heard a word back. Gotta be a nightmare at this point to figure out who they have already answered and what is new. There is clearly no process in place for prioritizing or sorting emails.

I love your irony and completly agree with your analysis.

Out of curiosity, are there no email tracking numbers in subject (ticket numbers) or any other signs for Lock having any kind of CRM tool in place to be able to handle support efficient at all?

Maybe their CRM crashed or they are trying to replace it with another one and are stuck on the implementation and are too embarassed to tell.

But I somehow doubt it that this is the reason for all this mess anyway.

Seems like a lot of this is on point. Can't even imagine how much $ Lock has scammed away from people like this, where they are unaware of what has happened.

Not to mention how LOL rigged their blackjack is. I like donating a few thousand here or there to it, just so I can laugh at how blatant they make it. They don't even throw you the few hundred winning session every now and then to give hope, they just rape every single time and extremely hard.

I recently had a 10 hand stretch where I had 20 (6) times 21 (2) times and blackjack (2) times. Sweet stretch right? Nah, chopped 3 of the 20s, got 21 pulled on me the other 3, then chopped all 4 of my 21s. I wasn't mad at all though, I just laugh @ myself for being so dumb.

anyone with half a brain would know not to deposit more than nickel and dime money to these guys. Just look at all the threads here talking about incompetence/scams/fails/ etc.
I deposited $100 into Cake after Black Friday and am still milking it. Little did I know you can't withdraw unless you have at least $500. So I will continue to play freerolls and small SNGs and tourneys until the $100 pushes up to $500 or it is all lost, but no way in hell will I deposit any more

Greear, that happens at live BJ all the time. There is enough nonsense going on without your ******ed rigged-BJ claims. If you want to be taken remotely seriously you should never bring that up again. That was a really embarrassing post and will just make Lock roll their eyes about anything credible you have to say.

The "checks in the mail" routine can only go on for so long. 6/21 checks..a month ago.. now have "unexpected delays."

What? Checks from a full calendar month ago are having delays? And we are just hearing about this now? So what went down from the request date until now when this problem occurred? US players have proven we'll accept waits on checks.. 4, 5, 6, even 7 weeks if we get our money. If you want to take our US money get yourself a reliable processor..or get the **** out of the market. You're killing yourself with every move you take and it's not going to be easy to recover.

I'd love to hear from people who requested checks prior to that. I'm sure this was just a "bad batch." And by people I mean people who didn't register in May/June/July and have single digit posts.
