Mine has been "In Progress" for days now.

In Progress
Your request is 'In Progress' and our team is awaiting confirmation from the payment processor regarding the fulfilment of your request. Normally, your request will not be in this state for more than a few minutes.

I think in progress means its on the way. At least that is what happened with my last check.

Yeah, I'm talking with them about updating the cashier info. My last two checks stayed at 'In Progress' once they were approved and stayed there until they were mailed out. That's now how the status is supposed to work, so I'm talking with them about either updating the help text or making sure they move to 'authorized' when they're done.

Good news. I have had a check say "in progress" for over a week and about 20 minutes ago I got a payout email saying my check has been sent.

So that should put everything back on pace again, good news for all players.

same here, just got the email saying it's been processed. So when should i expect it to arrive?

+1.... If theyre mailing today i think we should have them beginning of next week at the latest, last time it only took 2 days after it was mailed to receive

I believe I received the last courier check that I requested about 3-4 business days after I received the email. So I would say probably Monday. Saturday might also be an option but I don't want to get your hopes up as I'm not positive.

3-5 business days is the normal time frame. You should get a tracking # in 1-3 days.

The casino side offers a check by courier option which is not currently offered from the poker side so I would absolutely recommend going through the casino side. If you need any assistance just let me know.

Ebes is correct. The short versino is the cashiers are different on the casino vs the poker side. The poker side is on a different network and right now they're very back logged with requests since Black Friday. the casino side is experiencing no such delay and you can transfer money between the two on Lock so you can take advantage of the options on the casino side as well.

+1. I guess they just got a bit backlogged and missed a week for some.

where are you guys even seeing this status? i go to lock casino and only see withdrawal/deposit options, nothing to look at history or whatnot.

Seems like only about half of us get a tracking number email. All I ever got was the email saying I had requested a cash out and then about 10 days later Fed Ex left a note on my door.

I think you can probably expect the check in a few days. If it hasn't come by next Tuesday I would start asking questions.

Mine that was "in progress" disappeared a couple days before I got it.

requested check by courier 6/20, received today 7/8.

requested another check 7/1 so we'll see how that one takes.
