Can't cancel my cash out? Can't cancel my cash out?

12-27-2012 , 03:20 PM
I had a withdrawal request back in September. It has been in the "in progress" stage for about two weeks. I have been trying to contact support to cancel it but this morning I received a message saying it has been processed.... Is it to late to cancel it now? And I would like to hear back from support or someone ASAP before it is shipped. Thanks.

Did you not get the email I sent you earlier today?
12-27-2012 , 03:50 PM
No I got your pm and then I emailed you my information... Never got an email in return though... What was said?

lol they sure are QUICK to cancel a cashout.... go figure

5 minutes to respond to a cancel cashout post and get the money back into an account instantly.

5 months to actually process a cashout and get money in hand...

Figures. This site is a fuc*ing joke.

It is too late to cancel its already been processed by the processor, the good news is though that means it will reach you shortly.

How do you even sleep at night saying this to people?
12-27-2012 , 06:07 PM
"Shortly" means... another 6 weeks. If you receive it in 5 weeks... Shane will call it lighting speed. All of us need to get on board with Lock's terminology definition.

My 3K check...

Requested 10/8
Approved 11/29
Processed 12/8
Received Shortly ???

lmao, Shane told me to revisit this thread... I'm glad he did.

Shane, I'm sure you're a nice guy... and it's not your fault LP takes weeks/months to pay their players. But seeing as though you're the one to come to with our problems, issues, and complaints... you're kind of the face.

I'm glad I'm not trying to make a living off playing online poker... back in the glory days this would be possible. Now, you'd be lucky to get a dollar within a month.

Shane - if you see this post (which I am sure you do)... feel free to comment.

I am still waiting on my check. Still waiting on that good news where my check has been processed by the processor and that means it will reach me shortly.

Requested 10/8
Approved 11/29
Processed 12/8
Today 1/3/2013 - still no check. I guess the good news is though that means it will reach me shortly, right?

I've posted this in other threads too but I'm going to pipe in here also.

3000 check requested 10/3
Processed 12/8

I have been promised:

Before the end of the year
This week
For your reference this is Case #: 175168

I would like to see Shane comment on this.

Hey Mark, the information that is passed onto you from the cashier team comes from the processors. This information sometimes changes as seen in your case.

Each response from the cashier team is the information they have received from the processor when they have inquired about your cashout.

Shane - who is to blame for this?

Lock or the payment processor?

My 3K check requested on 10/8.

The correct answer is probably both.

We can only pass on the information that is given, but ultimate responsibility still rests with us.

Shane - can you swear on your kids that Lock keeps players fund in segregated account?

Because you do realize what you say here will ultimately define who Shane is in the poker community down the road.

FYI, I created this thread to cancel a cashout of 3k because I have been waiting FOREVER like everyone else. I was assured my check would be here 10 to 14 business days...... well over three weeks ago.

Nothing has got better. Just let me cancel it so I can get .75 for it lol.

-Shane, I feel sorry for you bro. I know you have no control over this ****, but when people are dealing with thousands of dollars and your the middle man, you might get some heat. Its the nature of the beast

^yuuuup

unfortunately at the moment, our lock money is as good as playmoney. It's come to the point where once we finally get our money, A LOT of us will be leaving Lock.

Good riddance
01-05-2013 , 10:15 AM
That is the whole point. If Shane knows Lock does not have segregated account and is willing to continue his lies then ultimately he will be remembered when Lock is exposed for running a Ponzi scheme.

If Locks keep segregated account then no harm in swearing Shane.

BTW - I am too angry at Lock. We need accountability. So unless you can make Lock or Shane be accountable maybe you should think twice before attacking a fellow 2+2 who is in the same boat as you.

I agree man... Full tilt all over again. Same exact situation I was in then as I am now

I dont have children to swear on the life on but I can definitely say that player funds are completed segregated and not mixed with operating funds.
01-05-2013 , 04:57 PM
Ok Shane. You went on record and said palyer funds are in segregated account and not mixed with operating funds.

Actually I have been in this world long enough to know when somebody might be manipulating their words without lying. So let me rephrase my question.

Do you know for a fact that Lock's player funds are solvent and has not been touch by management or anybody else for any and all reasons including its usage to purchase Cake network and or for management bonuses?

Yes I know for a fact.

And management doesnt get bonuses in any fashion.
