I read some people dont even have bank wire as an option, so I assumed that since I did have this as an option that it would work. I have not received any confirmation email, but I do have an ID # for the transaction..

well are you black level vip? only those two vips are allowed to cashout via bank wire. my guess is those who have it as an option are black/black elite vip members.

Minimum is still $2,500...

Minimum was just reduced to $1K and I requested my cashout. Sent an email to support to refund the $75. I really don't understand why we should have to send an email to support to refund the fee - it should all be done automatically.

The only two possible reasons for the way its currently set up are they either are just hoping that some will never request the refund so they can keep the fee or its just extremely basic, crappy programming. Both of which really worry me.

Going from "Requested" -> "Authorized" is certainly a good sign. Wire xfers supposedly take 2-3 weeks and were just implemented about 2 days ago, so my guess is that no one has received one yet.

They should be 2-3 days, not 2-3 weeks.

I would be very surprised if they were taking weeks.

Jesus, 2-3 weeks?!?! There is absolutely no reason a bank wire should take that long. May cancel my request and just go through WU now. This is all so friggin frustrating...Guess I didn't realize how good I had it back in the Stars days.

yea pretty bad I'm waiting on support chat for 20 minutes just for an answer as to how long it takes to get a bank wire. so unreal they have to actually look up the answer ????

LOL post this on the Mary live chat thread. Add it to the posts of failed chat attempts with her. All she does is take an hour to respond and then not answer your questions and close the chat out before you get a chance to ask any more questions.

As for the bank wires I'm hoping some people start receiving some and I might try to initiate one in the future after the Maximus tourney's. Assuming $9900 bank wires are actually going through.
