What if I'm on vacation somewhere and have an emergency, can no one send me a WU?
This is a Western Union thing, not a Lock policy. Something of which to be aware.
I had something with Minted where I was adjunct at a university in D.C. for a semester, but my mailing/billing was still in Illinois, so I had to pick up on a visit back home to Chicago once.
What happens if the money transferred is never received, though? Can the sender re-activate the transaction; or does he/she have to retrieve the funds and make a new transfer, therefore paying the fees again?
