So after I sent in the required documents they insta sent me an email saying they forwarded everything to security and I would get a response in 1-3 days. That was over a week ago and still nothing. I emailed Rizen and got nothing there. Is anyone else having the same problem?

I'm trying to get this done before I deposit to save time, what are the required documents and do you just send to support@lockpoker.com ?

I used an amex to deposit and had to send front and back pics/scans of the credit card, your drivers license, and you have to fill out their verification form and scan it and email it back to them. Good luck.

I just deposited today and it was successful. But when I try to sit at a table or register for a tourney I get a pop up that says I must supply contact details before I can sit. When I click ok it brings me to the admin page but now I don't know what to do. Help plz?

the same thing happened to me on blackchippoker. all i had to do was fill out some basic personal information (which took less than a minute) on player admin (you should be able to find it quickly just by looking) and then i was able to play. if that doesnt work, you probably have to get your account verified, which can take a very long time
