Finally approved after 13 days. Had to PM Shane and had another Lock pro looking into it.

We also have our new verification so new players will have absolutely no delay in getting verified.

All existing players that were waiting were also flushed through this system so should be verified now, if you arent please send me your email address so I can investigate.

Depends how good you run. It took me almost 2 weeks with multiple emails to support, pm's to Shane, and help from a lock pro. Others during that same period were approved in 1-2 days.

You get an email that looks like this:

Hello,

Thank you for patience while we verified the documentation you recently submitted. Your account is now verified, and if you have any pending payout it will be submitted for processing.

When I sent in my form, I got an email saying the only reason I need to verify is if I deposit with a cc. Wtfffff? I only did it for withdraws..

I got verified before making my first deposit. Account was funded via player transfer. Now that I have deposited to take advantage of the bonus, do I have to re-verify before I can withdraw?
